Champagne is more than a celebratory pour; it’s a language of elegance that speaks beautifully with gastronomy. For this special evening, we welcome The Spirit of Aÿ, where Apéritif’s creations meet the legendary craftsmanship of Henri Giraud, a family-owned Champagne House spanning 12 generations.

Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeeken presents a specially curated six-course tasting menu paired with a remarkable selection of Henri Giraud Champagnes, offering a rare opportunity to discover these cuvées in one evening and at an exceptional value seldom found beyond the Champagne region itself.

The journey reveals a distinguished lineup including Esprit Nature NV, Blanc de Craie NV, and MV 20 AY Grand Cru.

Guests will also discover the luminous MV Rosé NV, before the experience concludes with two rare treasures: Cuvée des Froides Terres Coteaux Champenois and Ratafia Champenois, an extraordinary finale seldom encountered within a single Champagne evening.
