Apéritif’s degustation menus evolve in harmony with the Balinese lunar cycle, reflecting seasonal ingredients and the rhythm of nature. Our menu starts from IDR 1,100,000++ per person, while the Lunar Cycle Menu is priced from IDR 1,900,000++ per person.

Guarantees & Cancellation Policy
Your reservation will not incur any charge if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to your booking time, via email to res@aperitif.com.
Cancellation of a reservation within 24 hours of booking time a full amount of deposit charge will be incurred.
For no show and no cancellation email sent, the full amount of the booking will be charged. All deposits are non-refundable. Your credit card will show the charge as VICEROY BALI.
